COMPANY INFORMATION Who is 3-nergy and why was it formed? 3-nergy is set up by three buddies who share a common passion for endurance sports and a belief in leading a balanced lifestyle and hence our slogan “TRAIN WELL – RACE WELL – LIVE WELL” Based on our experience as endurance athletes, we feel that there is a lack of an organisation that can provide an overall framework to support our demanding needs ranging from nutrition, recovery to wellness. What products are covered by our refund policy? With the exception of items that are on promotion, all products sold from our website have a five(5) day refund guarantee for defects. On What conditions do we accept refunds? We accept refunds on the following conditions only; For nutritional products, the items must be returned untampered in its original packaging. For all other products, the items must be unused and undamaged with their original tags still affixed. All items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All returns must be accompanied by 3-nergy issued sales invoice. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer. Where should the products be returned to and how long does 3-nergy take to process refunds?
